Solfleet is a fictional human organisation in GB’s Universe. After the artificial superintelligence, known as LUNA, became mankind’s guardian in 2028, human civilisation rapidly underwent unprecedented developments.
Human spaceflight throughout the Solar System quickly became the norm, and a human organisation capable of securing and exploring our planetary system was needed. Thus, Solfleet was born, in cooperation with GB’s Endeavours.

This was a difficult logo to create. I went through many versions to get the shape just right. I didn’t give up and it took me a while, but I’m happy with the result.
I wanted the logo to be inspiring, beautiful, and logical. The design is heavily stylised and based on my idea of having the horizon of mankind’s home planet, Earth, and a star seemingly in flight above it, representing the Sun and a fleet. It has blue borders because Earth is blue.
Our planetary system is called the Solar System, and Sol is the Latin name for the Sun, so I called the organisation Solfleet. I thought about names like Solar Fleet or Solarian Fleet, but I wanted it to be one word, and easy to say and remember. Solfleet isn’t a navy, they secure and assist, but their main objective is to explore the Solar System.
